Teri Noaeill is the Executive Director of What A Do Theatre, where she has been an integral part of the organization since 2014, first as an actress and later stepping into leadership in 2018. A passionate advocate for the arts, Teri specializes in youth theatre and is dedicated to making theatre accessible to the Battle Creek community, where she grew up.

Beyond her local impact, Teri is actively involved in arts programming across Michigan. She serves as a teaching artist for Wharton Center’s Disney Musicals in Schools Program, helping to bring theatre education to young students. Additionally, she is an adjudicator for the Sutton Foster Awards, traveling to high schools throughout the state to provide feedback and support for theatre programs.

In recognition of her contributions to the arts, Teri was honored with Lakeview’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2024 for her work in the arts. She was also selected as a member of the 2024 Michigan Arts and Culture Council’s Rising Leaders cohort, further solidifying her role as an emerging leader in Michigan’s arts community.

With a deep commitment to arts education and community engagement, Teri continues to inspire the next generation of performers and ensure that theatre remains an accessible and enriching experience for all. She continues to be thankful to her family, friends, and artists that have supported her and have helped her grow in her passion and career.
